Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for services and products provided by Efhendy.

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please inform us before leaving the premises. We value open communication and will work to resolve any concerns. Refunds for services are considered case-by-case.

Quality Assurance

We take pride in our service and products. If there are issues with your haircut or grooming, please notify your barber immediately for resolution.

Product Purchases

Products can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

No-Show Policy

Missing a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of deposits and may not be eligible for a refund.

Health and Safety

Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered if health issues were not disclosed during the appointment. Please inform us of any allergies or health concerns before your service.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed promptly and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
